I can’t even explain why I am so crazy about minimalism in portrait photography.

Maybe because minimalism, at its core, is about breaking down a subject matter and capturing its essence. It is not a photo with lots of colours, subjects, props and patterns. It’s all about the model.

This type of portraiture aims to lock in the beauty and magic of simplicity.

In minimalistic photography the less is more, and this is what makes this genre stand out from the others.
